Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Feedaily collects, why we collect it, who sees it and what choices you have. Feedaily is operated by Anubis ("we", "us"), part of Anubis. It covers our Telegram bot @feedaily_bot and this website.

1. The short version
- You tell the bot about your business. We use that to write posts, images and videos for you.
- To create your content we send it to AI and media providers (listed in section 4). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
2. What we collect
From Telegram
Your Telegram user ID, chat ID and the first name or display name Telegram shares with the bot. We do not see your phone number or your contacts.
What you tell us
Your brand or business name, niche, goals, target audience, brand voice, content language, Instagram handle (a public name, not a login), preferred posting hour and timezone.
Your messages and feedback
The text you send to the bot, requests such as "make it shorter", and short notes we keep about your preferences so later posts match your taste.
Photos, logos and videos you send
We process them to create your content. We keep a Telegram file reference for your logo and short text descriptions of inspiration photos. For videos built from your photos, we keep the photo references only until your video is made.
Content we create for you
Captions, hashtags, scripts, images and videos, plus a short history of recent topics so we do not repeat ourselves.
Usage and technical data
Counts of messages, posts and videos per day or month (to apply plan limits), the date of your last post, and technical run logs of our systems. These logs can contain your messages and content for a limited period.
Billing data
Your plan and your trial and subscription dates. Card details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
Website data
When you visit this website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not use your content to train our own AI models. Our providers handle data under their own terms (see section 4).
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run Feedaily. We do not sell personal data.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. Our providers may change over time; we will update this list when they do.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data in the United States or other countries outside your own. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.
6. How long we keep data
- We keep your profile, history and settings while your account is active.
- When you ask us to delete your data, we remove your profile, history and stored references within 30 days.
- Technical run logs are kept for a limited period, up to [14] days. Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.
- Billing records that the law requires us to keep are kept for as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To use these rights, email [Contact email] or send /delete_me to the bot to delete your data. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, limit access to our systems and keep provider keys in an encrypted credential store. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data.
9. What you send us
Please send only content you have the right to use. Do not send photos of identifiable people, or other people's personal data, unless you have their permission.
10. Children
Feedaily is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has used the bot, contact us and we will delete the data.
11. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For significant changes we will tell you in the bot or on this page before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
