1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Feedaily, our Telegram bot @feedaily_bot and this website. Feedaily is operated by Anubis ("we", "us"), part of Anubis. By using Feedaily you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 and use Feedaily for a business or professional purpose, or have the authority to accept these terms for the business you represent.
2. What Feedaily does
Feedaily uses AI to write captions, hashtags, images, reel scripts and short videos for your social media, and delivers them to you in Telegram. We do not post for you. You review the content and publish it yourself. We do not ask for, and have no access to, your Instagram or other social media accounts.
Feedaily is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram, Instagram or Meta.
3. Your account
Your account is tied to your Telegram account. Keep your Telegram account secure. You are responsible for activity under it. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
4. Plans, trial and limits
Feedaily offers a free 7-day trial, then two paid plans. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.

Daily limits reset at midnight in your timezone. Monthly limits reset on the 1st. When a trial or paid period ends, your daily posts stop until you subscribe. We keep your profile so you can pick up again. We may change plans, prices or limits, and will give you notice before a change affects you.
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send us (your inputs) and of the content we create for you from it (the outputs), as far as the law allows. You give us a licence to store, process and transmit your inputs and outputs, and to share them with our service providers, only to run Feedaily for you.
You are responsible for what you send and what you publish. You confirm that you have the rights to your photos, logos, brand names and other material, and that your content follows the law and the rules of the platforms where you publish it.
7. AI-generated content
Content from Feedaily is generated by AI. It can be wrong, incomplete or similar to content created for others. Always read it before you publish it. Check facts, prices, opening hours, claims and the rights to any image. You are responsible for including any advertising disclosures the law or the platform requires.
We do not promise any level of reach, followers, engagement or sales.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Feedaily to:
- break the law or infringe other people's rights, including copyright, trademarks and privacy;
- create misleading content, such as fake reviews, impersonation or false claims;
- create hateful, harassing, violent or sexual content, or any content involving minors in a harmful way;
- send malware, probe or attack our systems, or try to get around plan limits;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the service without our written permission.
9. Third-party services
Feedaily depends on services we do not control, including Telegram and AI and media providers. Their terms apply to your use of them. If one of them changes or stops working, parts of Feedaily may change or pause.
10. Our rights
Feedaily, its software, design, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the right to use the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Feedaily without owing you anything.
11. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Feedaily at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may limit, suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service, put it at risk or do not pay. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep Feedaily running but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. The service is new and may change quickly.
13. Disclaimers and liability
Feedaily is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to Feedaily is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Your responsibility to us
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you sent or published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts of your own country.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you in the bot or on this page before they take effect. If you keep using Feedaily after that, you accept the new terms.
